ABOUT

THYLA

THYLA lives where Nordic atmosphere, mythology and modern electronic music meet. Her songs move between cinematic darkwave, electronic textures and stories shaped by old gods, human emotion and the contradictions of the modern world.

Scandinavian landscapes and mythology form part of the visual language, but the stories are not trapped in the past. THYLA uses ancient symbols and archetypes to look at subjects that still feel immediate: identity, isolation, anger, loyalty, deception, belonging and forgiveness.

Each release is designed as part of a larger world — music, imagery and film working together rather than existing as separate pieces.
